You can deliver digital documents to FINMA securely and, if necessary, with a qualified electronic signature. You can use the form below for this, a registration is not necessary. Your entry will be transmitted directly, in encrypted form, to FINMA after validation and without temporary storage. After transmission, you can save an electronically signed and time-tagged input acknowledgement message of your entry as a PDF.
- The delivery platform is an approved communication channel for electronic legal transactions with FINMA. It is suitable for submissions to FINMA as part of a formal administrative proceeding.
