Medical Research, Services & Investments SA for all outstanding registered shares of Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA, a qualified shareholder, Michael Schroeder, challenged the decision 468/05 dated 17 May 2011 of the Swiss Takeover Board (TOB). The FINMA Takeover Committee is reviewing the matter.
