The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has taken note of an agreement between KPT Versicherungen AG (KPT) and two former members of the KPT Board of Directors. KPT's claims under supervisory law have been settled. Taking into account the repayments and settlements that have been made, FINMA has concluded the proceedings which had earlier been overruled by the Federal Administrative Court. FINMA has imposed the costs of the proceedings upon the relevant parties.
