Newgame SA withdrew its appeal on 27 September 2023, as a result of which FINMA’s Takeover and State Liability Committee wrote off the appeal proceedings as having become redundant.
In a news article dated 8 September 2023, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA informed the public that it had received an appeal from Newgame SA against ruling 853/01 of the Swiss Takeover Board in the matter of GAM Holding AG dated 31 August 2023 (see news).
