A letter of reprimand is a supervisory instrument and, as such, not an enforcement measure within the meaning of Article 31 ff. FINMASA. A letter of reprimand is a communication from FINMA which addresses suspicions of conduct that is in violation of supervisory law and in which FINMA sets out its specific expectations for the future.
