Based on Art. 49 of the Insurance Supervision Act, FOPI will now also publish supervisory rulings. Binding framework decrees will appear at regular intervals in this section. The decrees will not be translated and will appear in the original language. Included in this are links to judgements of the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court concerning FOPI decrees.
